The
1999/2000 season was a fairly successful season, with the team
finishing with a record of nine (9) wins, two (2) loses and a draw.Unfortunately, this was not good enough to see us through to
the finals.Our two (2)
losses came in the first round, where we lost 2-0 and 3-0 to Marverly/Hughenden
and United Strikers respectively.
In
the second round we avenged our two (2) losses by beating United
Strikers 2-0 and had a very controversial draw with Marverly/Hughdenhen.Although not making it to the finals, the team finished the
season in high spirits and is looking forward to the upcoming
2000/2001 season.
