Training for the 2005
season of the KSAFA Shocking Vibes Under 20 competition
commenced on February 1, 2005 with some 35 players showing up
for training. The team is being coached by Ludlow Bernard and
assisted by Sydney McFarlane. Last season, the Harbour View
team was defeated by 2 goals to 1 by Arnett Gardens in the
championship game.
Players from last season
include former National Under 17 player Anthony Christie,
National Under 20 players, Akeem Priestley, Ryan Thompson and
Luton Shelton. Other players include, Wolmers Manning Cup
captain, Oneil Gardner, Hammond Nelson an Mervin Miller.
Returning after a years absence is midfield general Ondino
Griffiths.
Other notable inclusions are
former National Under 17 captain, Richard Kentish and Under 17
player Neville Thomas.

The HARBOUR VIEW Under 20 team
defeated Real Mona Under 20 team, by 5-0, in a practice game
at the Harbour View field on Sunday, February 20, 2005. Goals
were scored by John-Ross Edwards, Paul Stewart, Nicardo Evans,
Cleyon Brown and a defenders goal. The team will seek to play
another game before the competition kicks of in March.
